The Irish Museums Association (IMA) is pleased to announce and invite you to register for our 2026 Autumn Forum, which will explore how museums are currently engaging with artificial intelligence (AI).

AI is increasingly influencing how museums manage collections, engage audiences, and develop new ways of working, to name a few applications. As this technology and its uses evolve, museum professionals are facing questions about ethics, governance, skills development, and AI implementation.

Throughout this one-day forum, participants will explore how museum can engage with AI responsibly, critically, and effectively. The programme will feature expert presentations, case studies, discussion, and opportunities for networking with colleagues from across the museum and cultural heritage sectors.
